Sold our property yet never met us. We were not a couple yet got a Christmas card delivered to us as if we were. Elsie at one stage was uncontactable which was out of her control yet should have been followed up. Gave no professional advice when it came to pricing. Went from saying it’s about finding the right buyer to finding any buyer. Feel she would do anything for the sale for her own commission. Would not use her again for my future properties
