Overall, Elsie was an excellent person to have shown me around that day I saw the house. She was very understanding that I was so excited and wanted to spend as much time there looking over everything and most importantly she allowed me to check if I had enough room in the garage for my car. I think her professionalism was perfect, I didn’t see any imperfections at all as she was very open in giving me any advice with every question I asked her. I’m very please to have had her as my agent in selling this house to me and I hope for the best in the future for her sold properties.

Over the past two decades I have bought and sold multiple properties, with mixed results. Some Sales Reps have been excellent, however Kathy has been the best of the best. She was a fantastic with assisting me during my recent purchase of a property in July 2022, and then as my selling agent for a property in December 2022. Although she is extremely busy, Elsie will answer your calls and emails at all hours. She made the offer process so easy providing everything we needed to go forward with the sale. I see her face on a few properties now and am happy that they have a great person on their side.
