Kathy is an amazing, wonderful person who listened to all our needs and was very caring and empathetic throughout the whole process. She knew exactly how to market the house and the photos she used were unbelievably true to the house, showing it off perfectly without disappointing potential buyers on viewing! The fact that Kathy has lived in the area for so long shows in her knowledge and expertise of the Rockingham area. Kathy had quite a few offers at the first and only home open and had it sold within days of listing, much to our amazement and joy!
