Shane talked us through everything. from the beginning to end with patience and professionalism. From preparing the house for us with cleaners and gardeners as we live 4 hours away to the online auction at the end. We had no idea on how to set up for online auctions. Shane fixed that talking us through it step by step, even with the headache of no sound 10mins before auction. Turned out we had our sound off. Poor Shane lol. When we first met Shane, he came prepared with all the information we had asked for along with information about the local area. We had genuine conversations about our expectations and the marketing plan - nothing was hidden, and everything was transparent. Once we had signed up, we received weekly calls the same time every week, with who was interested, and his gut feel on each potential vendor, including at what stage they were at making an offer. At no time were we pushed into signing a contract of Sale, in-fact - Shane was more than willing to go over and beyond secure us a price far exceeding our initial asking price.
