Shane talked us through everything. from the beginning to end with patience and professionalism. From preparing the house for us with cleaners and gardeners as we live 4 hours away to the online auction at the end. We had no idea on how to set up for online auctions. Shane fixed that talking us through it step by step, even with the headache of no sound 10mins before auction. Turned out we had our sound off. Poor Shane lol.
