We had dealings with Ray White Rosebud some 5 years ago who ,through another Ray White Agent, they sold our then holiday home in Rosebud.When we contemplated selling the Harridge Street property some three years ago we met for the first time with Shane Fox. He presented as a thorough professional and clearly conveyed a thorough knowledge of the of the Mornington Peninsula Real Estate market generally and Rosebud in particular and he showed a strong determination to achieve the listing.
We had spoken to a number of other Agents but it was the professionalism ,persistence and determination of Shene to get the listing that stood out. We short listed Ray White and then negotiated the Agency arrangements with Ray White Rosebud with an insistence on having Shane Fox as the lead for the sale of the Harridge Street property. The discussions were informative ,professional and a contract was executed for the Agency representation.
The marketing package was negotiated with agreements rapidly reached on all aspects of the proposed marketing program which was then rapidly put in place with substantial impact leading to an early sale on terms that were very satisfactory to us as vendors .
Shane and his team at all times kept us informed of all aspects of the sales process and kept us informed of any offers received which were discussed and any decision taken was quickly conveyed to the prospective buyers. Shane represented our position on any offer promptly ,forcefully but courteously . The final negotiation with the ultimate buyer was quite quick and once agreement reached the administraive requirements were rapidly put in place effiuciently and all requirements were implemented efficiently.
Overall we were most impressed with the performance of Ray White Rosebud and in particular we very much appreciated the outstanding performance of Shane and also that of Tanjil Williams. Both thoroughly professional.
