When we first met Shane, he came prepared with all the information we had asked for along with information about the local area. We had genuine conversations about our expectations and the marketing plan - nothing was hidden, and everything was transparent. Once we had signed up, we received weekly calls the same time every week, with who was interested, and his gut feel on each potential vendor, including at what stage they were at making an offer.
