I cannot recommend Shane and Tanjil enough. Their professionalism and guidance was amazing. We dealt mainly with Tanjil and found her to be very open and clear with the process. She kept us up to date with every aspect and selling our property after 2 weeks was unbelievable. Everything including the result was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much.

We purchased our house from Shane 3 years ago and were treated very well. He was professional and direct and assisted with all he could to ensure we secured the property When we then decided to sell, of course we contacted Shane. Selling was the same great service, handled with honesty regarding pricing and with the same determination to ensure we sold our property without any hassles. Great job Shane and all the team at Ray White.

Shane and Tanjil were both friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. They went out of their way to get to know us and to fully understand our vision and needs. They gave us sound advice and did not push us to spend money on unnecessary renovations. They certainly gave us confidence that they knew the buyers' interests, and even secured a sale without having to go to market. We received regular phone calls with buyer updates, and they always worked their schedules around our availability.

Shane was and is compassionate but professional. He took us through the whole marketing and sales process with ease and clarity. His advice to us fitted our situation, but was fluid enough to change alongside our circumstances. His constant eye on the local market, and adjustments to suit produced an unbelievable result. We can’t thank him and his team enough.
