Professional all the way
Shane and Tanjil were both friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. They went out of their way to get to know us and to fully understand our vision and needs. They gave us sound advice and did not push us to spend money on unnecessary renovations. They certainly gave us confidence that they knew the buyers' interests, and even secured a sale without having to go to market. We received regular phone calls with buyer updates, and they always worked their schedules around our availability.

Shane was and is compassionate but professional. He took us through the whole marketing and sales process with ease and clarity. We got there in the end !
We chose Shane at Ray White to sell our property after having had a bad property buying experience with another real estate agent in Rosebud. Shane managed to sell our property in what was probably the most trying circumstances due to Covid 19 lockdowns etc.... so yes it took a while but we got there in the end. .. Also thanks to Tanjil Williams for the prompt follow ups and responses to queries.
