Michelle made the process of buying our first home a lot less stressful! It was a difficult task for her, communicating between vendors in different states, but she took it in her stride and got the best result for all parties concerned! We had a sick baby and an injured husband at the time of putting in our offer, so Michelle came to our house to make it easier for us! Putting the sold sticker up was the most exciting moment for us, and again, Michelle made that even more special! Took heaps of photos for us to make sure we captured the moment, even getting technical and “boomeranging” the photo! Nice touch! Michelle is even giving us access to the house to get measurements and quotes from tradies for the work we want to have done! We can’t thank her enough for the effort she went to for us! Highly recommend her!

Shane Fox does not just view a property as mere stock to be quickly disposed of to make commission. This is the guy you would want to have your back fighting in the trenches! After eight weeks of being on the market with Barry Plant Rosebud and failing to attract any real interest we were advised to drop the asking price to tempt buyers. As a result we only received offers way below the property’s worth. We were told that the under-quoted value was the “market value” and when I asked Craig Leo for comparable property I was provided with a “knock down”! We knew then exactly what we were dealing with and took the property off the market and off Barry Plant Rosebud.
