I had a warm, communicative and responsive experience dealing with Michelle Bennie. I would highly recommend her and Ray White agency.

As this was a holiday home, we were unable to be accessible to Michelle during the sale. Michelle was wonderful in ensuring the home was suitably presented and went above and beyond (even changing the smoke alarm battery and blowing the leaves!) to ensure this was a seamless and stress free experience for us. She provided thorough reports and remained in regular contact with us throughout the whole experience. We would highly recommend the services of Michelle and Ray White Rosebud.

Michelle has been great to go through the process of buying my house with. She has made what can be a scary time as easy and stress free as possible. I looked at another house with Michelle and when that wasn't right, she knew exactly the type of house that would suit my needs - I bought that house. Michelle understands the vendor and the buyer making the journey easier for both parties. I thoroughly recommend Michelle as a real estate agent of choice.

Had a really great experience buying a house with Michelle - she was always available to negotiate between the vendor, and took into account a lot of our needs, with a good knowledge of how appropriate the house would be in terms of quick sales and moving in.

Michelle was very helpful when I purchased my unit in Safety Beach. She has also been of great assistance since my property settlement which has helped me organise tradies for my renovation.

I have been talking with Craig, on and off, for around 3 years in regard to our property. He showed a great deal of patience until we were ready to sell. All dealings with Craig have been very professional and he took in our thoughts on price and the reasons behind these. He was not pushy in getting us to have Ray White as our agent and the pricing of commission and advertising were very reasonable compared to other agents. As a result we had a sale within 2 weeks of placing the property on the market.

Michelle was most helpful with friendly advice on preparing our house for sale and the tradesmen recommended were professional and reasonably priced. Michelle went out of her way to help us all through the experience and we achieved an excellent result.

I brought a property of Shane and he was very easy to deal with and very efficient. He also gave me some very good tips on the sale of my own property.
