Dealt with Tanjil and Shane, things went as expected and no nasty surprises. Upfront and professional and the only issue was with the air con which he straight away came over and worked it out. Only way to improve on the service would be the welcome gift perhaps add staples any new home owner could use straight away like sugar, salt, tea, coffee, olive oil etc.
