After eight weeks of being on the market with Barry Plant Rosebud and failing to attract any real interest we were advised to drop the asking price to tempt buyers. As a result we only received offers way below the property’s worth. We were told that the under-quoted value was the “market value” and when I asked Craig Leo for comparable property I was provided with a “knock down”! Dealt with Tanjil and Shane, things went as expected and no nasty surprises. Upfront and professional and the only issue was with the air con which he straight away came over and worked it out. Only way to improve on the service would be the welcome gift perhaps add staples any new home owner could use straight away like sugar, salt, tea, coffee, olive oil etc.
