First of all thanks to Bobby Handa, the house that we bought was not in the shortlisted for inspection but he assessed and redirected based on our buying capacity, it was great than what we shortlisted. We had an intend to buy another property before but he suggested the risk around, upon further assessment it became true so we proceeded with Bobby's recommended house, Binnie and his team were excellent throughout supporting the contract exchange and always available to help without delays. Thank you to Binnie and his team (especially Samir) who made the process of buying our next family home a truly enjoyable one. Samir was extremely honest with price guide from the get go (unfortunately not a common practice , amongst other agents, it seems) , he allowed us to view the home multiple homes before making an offer and within 5 days from our first inspection the home was ours (offer accepted within the original price guide). It was a quick, honest and exciting process and also very professional . We can't wait to move in in a few weeks. Highly recommend Binnie, Samir and the team.
