My Wife & I had been looking for our new home for approx 3 months. When we saw Binnie home we were very impressed. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you to Binnie and his team (especially Samir) who made the process of buying our next family home a truly enjoyable one. Samir was extremely honest with price guide from the get go (unfortunately not a common practice , amongst other agents, it seems) , he allowed us to view the home multiple homes before making an offer and within 5 days from our first inspection the home was ours (offer accepted within the original price guide). It was a quick, honest and exciting process and also very professional . We can't wait to move in in a few weeks. Highly recommend Binnie, Samir and the team.
