Thank you to Binnie and his team (especially Samir) who made the process of buying our next family home a truly enjoyable one. Samir was extremely honest with price guide from the get go (unfortunately not a common practice , amongst other agents, it seems) , he allowed us to view the home multiple homes before making an offer and within 5 days from our first inspection the home was ours (offer accepted within the original price guide).
