The property took 8 months to sell. The problem was the place could flood which stopped a lot of buyers. We were so pleased when Damien finally sold our place.

We would like to thank Damien and his team for the professional and timely effort in both sale and purchase of our new property which at times was a roller coaster ride but in the end we got there Damiens determination didn't appear to dwindle at any stage of the process even when I have to confess mine did,he hung in there and remained positive throughout the process we would again both like to thank him and his team and wish them all the best .
