Brilliant very happy. Would recommend Damien Gomersall and his team 100% for selling or buying. Got our home sold in a short timeframe in a slowing market. Was very happy with the final amount and the terms of the contract. The communication after each inspection was fantastic. We are very happy with the service and help with everything the team were always happy to go the extra mile to answer questions and helped with documentation questions on our purchase in another area that they weren't the agent for. Damien kept us in the know the whole time. His staff made the whole process so much easier. The whole process was personable, we felt like we were not just a customer but we're looked after by a friend. This meant we trusted Damien. Let's say our other experiences with 2 other real-estate companies in the area had given us the exact opposite, leaving a negative experience so we were so glad Ray Whites name on the selling board out the front of the property we bought. Not only did we get the property of our dreams in the place we want to live forever, we made a new friend out of Damien. What else could a client ask for. Thank you Ray White. We were interstate buyers and had a very small window to view properties , Damien made the effort to get us to as many as possible ,he had listened carefully to what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us properties that weren’t a good fit , he was upfront and informative and very friendly, we felt very confident buying with him

10/10 - great team! He spend time getting to know us and to understand our needs, he show us some properties which were on the market and a few which may be on the market soon, one of which was perfect, so when it was avaliable bang we grabbed it. no other agent wanted to spend such effort with us, we even tried to put an offer in to another propertey with another agent but they didnt seen interested, so when they finally answered they said sorry too late.. DONT waste your time use Damien and his team, we ended up buying not only a house for us but also a back up property by the beach.

I'm so happy with the service I received from Damien and the Ray White team. I was in Agnes to browse real estate. Damien drove me around to look at everything on the market. It was just like the good old days 40 years ago when the agent took a genuine interest. Damien helped me through the buying process with no drama. And kept track of the building and pest issues for me as I was out of town. The whole purchase process was low stress. Nothing was a problem!! Highly recommend!!!
