I viewed the property and put an offer on the same day and was excepted. Suzey followed up on the issues with the property to make sure that everything was done properly and liaised with the seller and contractors to ensure the property was ready for settlement. Very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. After the inspection everything was completed by phone due to distance and nothing was to much trouble.

Suzie ,come to our house 6 mths prior to selling as I wanted advice on what I needed to do to present the house at its best to achieve the highest price possible. A number of jobs were pointed out that I hadn’t considered all inexpensive, we also discussed what other tasks to not do ie inside painting in our case. Suzie was very organised with viewings therefore causing as little disruption as possible I believe Suzie got us the best market price possible.
