Cayne & his team are the best!
Cayne's approach to the sale of our home of 18 years was second to none! From his initial appraisal appointment with us to settlement we were very impressed. There is no set & forget, he communicated regularly throughout the whole process. He is an honest agent who provided us with the correct information to price our property right, in doing that he had 1 open house, 6 inspections and 3 offers in the first week! We sold over the asking price and we believe it was Cayne's great negotiation skills along with his friendly approach and that got us there. I would definitely recommend Cayne Moar & his fantastic team to sell your property!

Outstanding agent!

Sale appraisal
Cayne never gave up even though drought conditions made it very challenging. He marketed the property so that there was a continued interest and he kept us informed at all times and the outcomes of inspections. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Easy going and straight forward.
We engaged Cayne after a friend sold their house through him. He was full of optimism about the house and gave some useful tips on how we could improve the "saleability" of the house. He was very professional, polite, realistic and inclusive during the process. He also has the best photographer in town to make the property look great. Overall it was a pleasure to deal with Cayne!
