Matt was incredibly courteous and professional in all his dealings with us. He arranged to meet with us to discuss our needs and then took us to view some houses that he felt would fit the bill. Well if my wife crying tears of joy after setting a few steps into the first (and ultimately final) home didn’t indicate that he was right on the money nothing would have.!! Matt relayed the full history of the property, walked through every inch of the home with us and let us wander at our leisure for a couple of hours – there was no pushy salesmanship – no overselling of the property – he just let the property speak for itself One of the things that immediately drew us to Matt was his sense of honesty and integrity. Matt said to us that one of the most important things thing his parents said to him was “above all the most important thing you have is your reputation so don’t compromise it” – well Matt, you have it in SPADES! Matt understood the sellers needs as well as ours and as a result was well positioned to broker the final deal the following afternoon, much to our and the sellers satisfaction. Matts experience in real estate shows in his calm demeanour in pressured or tense moments Matts service didn’t end once the contract was signed, and we being from interstate, did not have the connections on the Coast to draw upon– Matt helped us source a home stylist to furnish the home, a gardener/landscaper, local lawyer and cleaner plus arranged for the Ray White concierge to assist with all the connections to the services. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Matt and his team. To say we are overjoyed with the service we received from Matt is an understatement !! We have throughout this process not just bought a lovely home we have made a new friend! Thanks Matt for all your guidance, patience, understanding and knowledge, - we couldn’t be happier with our experience with you and for helping us find our new home !
