As a first-time renter in Australia, we were feeling anxious about the process as told by our friends and colleagues, but Chloe was incredibly helpful and professional every step of the way. She made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She has been responsive to all our basic questions, provided clear guidance, and helped us secure a property we're really happy with. We felt supported and well-informed throughout, and overall service was top-notch. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property. Best Experience till date - keep it up :)

Brad assisted us through the purchase of our property, and we decided to entrust the Ray White Schofields property management team to look after it — one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the very beginning, both Brad and Chloe have been incredibly professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth for us. Chloe secured a quality tenant within just one week and kept us informed every step of the way. Both Brad and Chloe consistently go above and beyond — nothing is ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail and communication are second to none. They truly care about their clients and always ensure everything is handled with professionalism and care. We couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate team that truly goes the extra mile.

After working with multiple real estate agents across three states in Australia, I can confidently say that Chloe and the team at RW Schofields stand out as the most professional and helpful by far. In today’s market, relationship management is what separates good service from great service, and Chloe exemplifies that from day one. She has been consistently responsive, approachable, and easy to work with. While any agent can deliver good news, it’s Chloe’s professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving mindset when navigating challenges that truly set her apart. My partner and I storngly recommend Chloe and the RW Schofields team.

My wife and I have recently had the pleasure of working closely with Ray White Schofields for the purchase of a new property and then leasing the same property. In all our interactions with Ray White Schofields, we found the team to be highly professional, courteous, friendly, patient and caring. The Ray White team works tirelessly to meet the needs of their clients. In the purchase of the property Amit Kumar and Brad Ronayne were superb. Their market knowledge is extensive and they were able to guide us through many options in order for us to find the most suitable property for our needs. Chloe Velasco was outstanding and tireless in her commitment and dedication to us to ensure our property secured the right tenant. All members of the Ray White team communicated effectively with us, and each other to ensure we were kept up to date at all times and were immediate in answering any queries or concerns that we had. Amit, Brad and Chloe made the experience of buying a new property and subsequently leasing it, a positive experience for us. I commend the Ray White team at Schofields to anyone interested in finding a home in the Hills area.
