Had an excellent experience with The Amit Group. Elina was very understanding right from the viewing of the property to getting the approval to rent. Very efficient handover and absolutely loved the free service that we were offered to get our electricity, gas and internet connected. Totally took the hassle out of the whole process.

Chloe and her team has once again helped us find an excellent rental property. Within a week of expressing our interest to move to Tallawong, Chloe found us the perfect property.

We initially booked an inspection but weren’t keen on the property. Chloe asked for our feedback, understood our requirements, and suggested an alternative property that we instantly liked. She was friendly, took the time to show us around, and answered all our questions thoroughly. We would definitely recommend Ray White. Thanks, Chloe and the team.

Securing a rental property was a completely new experience for me, and it turned out to be significantly longer than what I had initially anticipated. However, my experience with the team, Chloe Velasco and Elina Sachdeva in particular, was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first interaction, Chloe was incredibly approachable and easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. As a first-time tenant moving interstate, I had many questions regarding the finer details of the leasing and the moving-in process, many of which had to be explained over the phone. Chloe took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I felt confident and informed at every step. It is rare to find an agent who balances such warmth with genuine expertise. The level of communication I had with her and her team was another standout factor. I received quick and consistent responses to all my calls and messages, which, sadly, I came across a big lack of this level of reliability with other agencies. It was also clear that there is a highly professional support structure in place, as I had multiple staff members working behind the scenes, which made the entire transition feel smooth and well-coordinated. I cannot recommend Chloe and the Ray White Schofields team highly enough for their professionalism and dedication. They truly go above and beyond for their tenants.

We met Elina at the property inspection, she was kind and courteous, made us feel very comfortable. The communication from there on in has been outstanding. Answers messages, phone calls and emails promptly. We have not had the pleasure of meeting Chloe as yet but her communication is amazing aswell. Has been lovely dealing with both ladies!

Absolutely delighted to have gone through this real-estate, the process could not of been any smoother , from when I seen the property till I finalised paper work and payment everything was perfect, Constantly calling me up to help and work around my needs , very flexible and all the ladies that were involved were very very polite and respectful, they also have a app for renting which is absolutely the best to use , very easy everything you need is on there to pay bills , chat with one of the team members , or even just check when your next bill is , honestly I'm not just writing this review because I've been told you or because I'm getting anything out of it , I genuinely had the best experience with these guys , thanks again
