Chloe has been absolutely amazing to work with. From the very first enquiry, she was incredibly responsive, organised, and clear about the entire process. I really appreciated how she explained everything upfront what Ray White could do for us and what we needed to prepare on our end. The information she sent, including the brochure, had everything laid out clearly which made the whole process much less stressful. One thing that really stood out to us was how efficient the team was. We were told that on average Ray White leases properties within about 12 days, but Chloe was able to secure us a tenant in just 8 days, which was incredible and very reassuring for us as landlords. She also went above and beyond in helping coordinate access to the property while we were organising things behind the scenes. Chloe assisted with opening the home for surveyors, installers, and other professionals who needed access to complete work in the property, which made a huge difference especially while we were juggling other commitments. Communication with Chloe has been excellent throughout. She’s always approachable and makes herself available whenever we have questions. I really appreciate that she gives us the option to simply call or message her anytime, which makes everything feel very easy and supported.
