We’ve had such a positive experience with Chloe and Stephanie managing our property. Chloe’s communication in particular has been exceptional. During the process of finding a new tenant, she kept us updated after open homes, let us know how viewings were going and made sure we always knew what was happening with our property. Even outside of leasing, her communication is honestly 1000% better than what we’ve experienced with other agents. We never feel like we have to chase her for information, which as property owners makes such a difference. Stephanie has also been fantastic. She is incredibly thorough with inspections, quick to organise and source quotes when something needs attention, and keeps things moving efficiently. What we really appreciate is that she is fair to both us and our tenants, while still making sure our interests as the owners are properly represented and looked after. Both Chloe and Stephanie are responsive, efficient, professional and genuinely proactive. After having dealt with other property managers in the past, the difference in the level of communication and attention to detail is very noticeable. It gives us a lot of confidence knowing our property is being managed by people who actually stay on top of things. We’re very happy to have our property in their hands and would happily recommend them to other landlords

Chloe from The Amit Kumar Group is very serious in terms of understanding the property and communicating to us in terms of market value when it is left for rental. Chloe has got immense amount of knowledge in inner west The Gables, Box Hill, Rouse hill, Bella vista, areas which is very strong in terms of market. Chloe also has professional approach with every step she steps in terms of properties negotiation and moves very carefully and communicates to the property owners, every time whatever the no of times to be communicated she does. For example I wanted a 1 bedroom unit in Tallawong on a certain move in date, I saw over 10 units from various agents but Elina ensured I got to see what she had available after consulting with her and she got it right first go!

Amit and his team have done a lot of work, including organising necessary cleaning, repairing before the home opens, and a lot of home openings both during the weekdays and weekends. Although I couldn't get a good quote for my property in the end, I decided to go back to the rental market and still let Amit's colleague Chloe be my property manager, and it looks like it has been a good decision so far.
