Chloe and Elina were easy to communicate with and attentive to our questions for our latest experience with applying for a rental property. Moving home is always stressful and they made us feel at ease with their approach. We are excited to move to our new home and happy that we have an agent that is great to work with for both the owner and the tenant. I would recommend the team at Ray White Schofields when looking for your next home.

Chloe was awesome! She knows the market very well and provided the advise when I needed. We've been so frustrated with RayWhite sales division due to lengthy delay in settlement (Sales guy Brad Ronayne had "over promised" us with swift and fast settlement on the property within 1-2 month thus we cancelled our deposit on other property, but lo and behold, we were instead dragged by the bullcr*p to more than 5 freaking months - we will never ever trust the sweet mouth from someone like Brad, ever! I wonder if there's a survey I can do about this person and I really look forward to that as he nearly tore my family apart due to the stress caused by the over-promise and the empty "don't worry, we'll look after you, we know the builder very well, they are ready to settle anytime, the house is ready for the tenant to move in anytime, blah blah blah" bullcr*p yet it never happened and he stopped updating us straight after the cooling-off period is over). Despite of the utter disappointment and frustration with Brad (Sales), Chloe has been a very helpful soul in keeping us updated with the market condition and assisted us right on the spot when the settlement "finally" about to happen, by getting us the tenant straight after our settlement and we're very satisfied with her way in managing our property so far, hence my 5 star rating goes to Chloe (Not for Sales). Great work Chloe, thank you!

A truly excellent property manager makes all the difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I inspected the property, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about both the property and helping me. Communication was always clear and timely and kept me updated every step of the way. Chloe is friendly, approachable, and easy to work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property manager.

I had a fantastic experience with this real estate agent from the beginning. They were very friendly, professional, and well-spoken during the property inspection, which immediately made me feel comfortable. As a single mum urgently looking for a new place, I explained my situation, and they were understanding, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I applied for the property immediately after the inspection and was thrilled to receive approval just two days later. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free, which meant a lot given my circumstances. Communication was excellent the whole way through — I was kept informed and any questions I had were answered promptly. I also really love using the Ailo app for rent payments and utility bills. It’s very convenient, easy to navigate, and makes managing everything simple. When moving into the property, the ingoing inspection report completed by the agent was extremely detailed and thorough, with no major issues or discrepancies. Completing the tenant report was also straightforward and very easy to do through the app. Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and supportive rental process.

The whole experience was very pleasant. Expectations were managed very well, under promise but over delivered.

We had a great experience working with Elina and would highly recommend her. She made the whole process smooth and stress free, kept communication clear, and always made us feel supported. During the open home she was welcoming and helpful, and throughout the application she kept us updated every step of the way. We especially appreciated her going the extra mile to pass on our request for a dishwasher and advocate for us with the owners. That really showed how much she cares. As a young married couple, we felt genuinely looked after from start to finish. We’re very grateful for her help in securing our home.
