We chose Amit Kumar Property for a number of reasons. No doubt his results are outstanding bit at first I was a bit hesitant on how Amit will manage selling multiple properties at a time and how much will he be able to devote towards my property. I am delighted to share that we made no mistake. AKP is a full team which not only involves Amit but also Siya, Sonia and Shivneet. Each person has a responsiblity and a task to handle which they do as expected. Our first meeting with Amit was to show the property, hear his thoughts, positives and negatives, sharing expected price at which the property will sell and his plan of action. Amit shares his strategy to sell very clearly without overpricing the property, has a great database of customers who are looking to buy and knows who to target and when. He was present at every meeting from styling of the property to picturing it. His team members keep you update on how the listing is being made, the description of the listing, seeking feedback for any additions or deletions and finally the day it goes live on realestate, domain etc. The backend team is printing brochures and marketing material which are ready to go at the first inspection. Amit ensures he is present always on a open home, strategises time at which the open home should happen, keeps you updated after every open home on what types of buyers attended, their likes, dislikes, range of interest etc. Amit creates a whatsapp group with us and his team for a very clear and transparent communication on how things are moving. This makes him reachable more easily despite him being much more involved and handling multiple clients. Our property was sold prior to Auction in just 11 days of listing at a price higher than what we expected and also higher than what other houses compared on our street or were sold in recent past. Overall I rate Amit and his team 5 stars, he is a great guy with a distinguished career in real estate. I wish him and his team the best.
