Amit ensures he is present always on a open home, strategises time at which the open home should happen, keeps you updated after every open home on what types of buyers attended, their likes, dislikes, range of interest etc. Amit creates a whatsapp group with us and his team for a very clear and transparent communication on how things are moving. This makes him reachable more easily despite him being much more involved and handling multiple clients. Our property was sold prior to Auction in just 11 days of listing at a price higher than what we expected and also higher than what other houses compared on our street or were sold in recent past.
