Being an ex real estate agent for 16 years it was always going to be difficult to even allow another agent to sell my largest asset. I knew Denzil from working the same area as myself when I was an active agent and at all times he behaved to the highest standards with exceptional etiquette and morals. This is the second property he as sold for me and the results have been tremendous. Even though he knew my goals he went above and behond to achieve better. Working endlessly to work the buyer/s to achieve a premium price. In constant contact to update me along the way, not at one time did I have to call him to ask anything . To make this property even more challenging I was not in the country due to my personal situation and forced to sell, he advised me to stage tbe home and the result was unbelievable with tbe selling price justifying his recommendation behond any doubt. Denzil was given a short deadline to sell my mother's property, but given his experience and knowledge of the market, he was able to advise on the best plan. The property needed some work to get it prepared for sale and Denzil managed the project entirely and sold the property well before the deadline required. During the process, Denzil kept me regularly updated on progress, making this a much less stressful task than first anticipated. Denzil is a professional who clearly loves his job, and goes above and beyond on everything he does, and I could not recommend him highly enough.
