He has been an active and highly successful listing and selling consultant in the Hills District for eighteen years, Principlal of Harcourts Hills Living for fifteen years and successful auctioneer for the past twelve years. Now he is Principal of a new real estate business, Ray White Seven Hills (The Drane Group). Andrew is based in the heart of Seven Hills, within Seven Hills Plaza, and looks forward to giving you, his client, the benefit of his experience and expertise. A Licensed Real Estate Agent and Accredited Auctioneer, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Marketing) from the University of Canberra. Andrew has also authored a book, ‘Real Estate for Real Reasons’ and loves giving out free copies to those that want to learn about what to expect out of a career in Real Estate. Honest and Trustworthy along with a wealth of knowledge and experience

Andrew and Robert were amazing . Their service and knowledge of the current market was outstanding.Whilst the experience was daunting to us as 1st time selling after 40+ years they both put us at ease. They entire process went smoothly. We were kept informed all the way with exceptional feedback and updates during open homes. We feel assured that with their help we would be in the right position to get the best price achievable. Both Andrew and Robert we could not fault..they are honest..trustworthy..reliable..experienced..and weath of knowledge which is hard to beat. We had a great experience working with Andrew and Ray White Seven Hills. From day one, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. His knowledge of the local market was impressive, and he explained every step of the process clearly so we always felt confident and informed. What really stood out was also his professionalism on auction day. Despite the pouring rain, Andrew and his team remained calm, organised and fully committed to the process.
