Andrew and his team Melanie Mun and Alison Root were so friendly , helpful and always smiling.Andrew knows the market and worked hard to negotiate a price that was what I was after, Melanie is just a superhero , staying in close contact with me I felt she had my back and as a single person it was refreshing to have her encouragement and I felt confident in her and Andrew . Very professional approach which is so vital . Firstly, it was an extremely emotional decision to sell our home after 40 years, but we also knew it was the right time.
