Seemless purchase of property in Shellcove
Ben provided excellent service during the entire process of our purchase this year. His communication was clear and concise and he managed the always tricky price negotiation phase as much balance and patience as you could hope for given he is acting primarily for the vendor. We did not feel pressured during the process and any questions and problems we had were promptly resolved. We have been very happy with Ben and his team and have appointed them as property managers for our rental.
