Shane sets a new benchmark in the real estate game. After looking around multiple open houses, he was the only agent that was "real" (pun intended). He had a first hand knowledge of the house and area without having to constantly keep looking at his brochure to answer questions. When it came to liaising with the sellers it was an effortless transaction. You could see how Shane was working with both parties for the best outcome for us and them, rather than most who just act like a flesh Ebay and go for the highest price rather and the best deal.
