Highly recommend
More than happy with both our achieved price and the level of service, great decision to go with Ray White shell harbour Oak flats group. I would recommend Alex Cockcroft to anyone wishing to use an agent to sell their home. He was brilliant! He was responsive and supportive throughout the process, he had a great attention to detail and was keen to walk the extra mile to help. I was always kept informed of what was happening. Great agent
Shane was extremely helpful and explained the various stages in purchasing process in easy to understand language. Was always available or returned call promptly. Not our first property but our easiest thanks to Shane.

I don’t feel like our sale was really pushed, I feel like it was all just too hard and it prob should’ve sold for what it’s been advertised as sold for than what it actually sold for!

great communication
We would like to recommend Daniel Ling to any Real Estate Vendors. We had a very good experience with Daniel, being a bit old fashioned we appreciate good manners, punctuality and good communication, without being pushy. All of his messages to our phone were complete and informative (not just Telstra saying you missed a call.) When offers were received for our property he did not pressure us to accept them.
