A Duck! Paddling hard under the surface.
I initially got appraisals from a number of agents. However getting our property to market was a long and difficult process due to legal and family issues, ultimately taking some years. Alex was the only agent that followed through, kept in touch, and was always available for professional advise on market developments. I felt that he took a genuine interest in helping us get the best possible outcome. I have since recommended him to a co-worker who was equally impressed by his confidence inspiring attitude and concern for his clients.

Down to earth agent

What can we say!!!!!
Amanda & her staff were fantastic to deal with from the get go. Nothing was ever an issue for them. Amanda was able to sell our unit in approx 9 weeks which is a record for our complex. A credit to her ability & contacts that she has managed to create over the years in the industry. Amanda also worked tirelessly to obtain a sale price higher then what we were willing to let the unit sell for in the end. Thankyou Amanda! We will be back in the future.
