I have bought real estate many times, and I usually only deal with old, highly experienced agents with large databases, because they know what they are doing and they have many contacts. The exception was Jiggs. Whatever he lacks in years, he more than makes up with talent, energy and persistence. I don't know how he works such long hours, but he does whatever it takes to deliver results. Highly recommended.

Jiggs was our agent for selling our long term home, and did a great job of not only driving people to the property and working on the sale, but keeping us informed and comfortable at every step along the way. After a not so amazing result initially, he continued to work to get it to a point that was incredibly reasonable and had some real benefits, all in quick time. After helping us through this difficult period and ultimately getting us to a really positive result, he then went over and above with assisting us both with our next step of purchasing a new property, with great advice and help on that side of it.
