I recently sold and puchased properties using Tim Nagano from Ray White Paradise Point. Both sale and purchase was handled by Tim in the most professional manner. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tim to handle any real estate transactions that you have.

Tony was easy to work with & at no time put any pressure on me to sell at a particular price if I was not happy. He consistently ran open homes for me with plenty of advertising. He went up & above to secure a signed contract for me

He kept us informed; and provided great guidance and support through the entire process We both thought that he was also very courteous and enthusiastic and most of all respectful of our needs. The result that he achieved was well within the time frame that you estimated and the sale price was within expectations. We never felt pressured by him and know that you have gone out of your way to make yourself available whenever we have needed information or a quick update

My husband passed away some six months ago and if anyone had told me I would have been able to sell my home and purchase another I would not have thought it possible. However I saw a house that I thought ticked all the boxes which Tony happened to be selling and within a week of signing an Agreement for Sale with Tony he had secured a buyer for my home so in turn I was able to purchase. This was in spite of me putting several restrictions on the sale such as no sign outside my house,no advertising on real estate.com or open houses as I did not think I could handle same in the circumstances. TONY DID SAY HE LIKED A CHALLENGE!!! He guided me through what was an extremely emotional and stressful time with total professionalism and kept me informed at all times with progress updates. I found him to be extremely approachable, helpful and obliging. Tony has a good rapport with buyers and sellers alike and works tirelessly behind the scenes to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome for both parties. I would definitely recommend Tony to any prospective Buyer/seller. Marion Wollin

Tony had to deal with a tough 'renter' who would not let anyone inspect the property. But we still got to see the back of the house with the help of Tony and a neighbour! Good communication and professional.

We found Tim to be exceedingly helpful during the purchasing process Coming from another state, it was helpful to have someone who was understanding of the issues involved, and could assist us with the process We would certainly recommend Tim to any of our acquaintances and friends who were considering either purchasing or selling and would be confident that he deliver a quality service

Tony has all the attributes we were looking for that make a great Agent, He has a good knowledge of the local market He conducts himself in a very professional manner In particular he communicates extremely well throughout the whole process of listing, open homes traffic feedback and negotiating a sale In summary, we found Tony's performance as our Agent to be top shelf and would recommend him to others and more importantly engage him again for our real estate needs

Tim has recently sold our house for a record price in Hollywell. We have maintained a professional relationship with Tim over several years now and at all times he has been extremely professional, trustworthy and has an extensive knowledge of the industry and current values of our suburb and surrounding neighbourhoods. With all these attributes it was a seamless transaction through to settlement and we can highly recommend any potential owners wanting the same experience to engage Tim's services. Thanks again Tim. Marnie and Peter were recommended to us by a friend who had had dealings with them in purchasing her own home. We have now used them twice since moving to Qld (buying and selling) and both times we were really overwhelmed with the service we received. They are on top of their game. The relationships they build with clients is a large part of their business and in fact it was one of their past clients who bought our property and indeed the property we purchased was from another past client. This goes to show how trusted they are that their clients automatically turn to them as their agent of choice. I cannot recommend Marnie and Peter highly enough. They are personable, thorough and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to get the best for their clients. Should I need to move again I will be definitely calling on them.
