My husband passed away some six months ago and if anyone had told me I would have been able to sell my home and purchase another I would not have thought it possible. However I saw a house that I thought ticked all the boxes which Tony happened to be selling and within a week of signing an Agreement for Sale with Tony he had secured a buyer for my home so in turn I was able to purchase. Marnie and Peter were recommended to us by a friend who had had dealings with them in purchasing her own home. We have now used them twice since moving to Qld (buying and selling) and both times we were really overwhelmed with the service we received. They are on top of their game. The relationships they build with clients is a large part of their business and in fact it was one of their past clients who bought our property and indeed the property we purchased was from another past client. This goes to show how trusted they are that their clients automatically turn to them as their agent of choice. I cannot recommend Marnie and Peter highly enough. If I knew then what I know now I would pick Lucy Vetrano as our agent without hesitation. After taking time researching recent local sales and setting ‘Rock-bottom’, ‘Desirable’ and ‘Asking’ prices my mothers home was listed late in the afternoon.
