Matt was; - patient while I finalised property title details, checking in periodically to see if he could help but never being pushy. - reliable/quick in his responses - always within the day, even responding on Sunday in some cases. - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful during the sale, and always easy to chat to. - calm in negotiations - We would have accepted the first/lower offer without Matt's advice.
