Michael was exemplary when it came time for me to sell an investment property. He offered excellent advice regarding value-adding renovations and coordinated trades and timelines. Property styling added to the appeal of the property resulting in great momentum leading in to the auction. Regular updates on prospective purchasers were provided along with detailed metrics which made decisions regarding quoted price-points and reserves easy. Michael conducted the auction himself and managed to generate smooth flowing bidding from 3 firm bidders. I don't believe I could have asked for a better result in the current property market.
