I did some research and found Michael Pastrikos. I spoke with Michael, and he immediately answered all of my questions articulately, his experience and knowledge of the market shining through, and that his ethics, integrity and customer service were obvious from his answers. When I met with Michael at the home he was honest in his appraisal, and his recommendations of prep work that would give a good return on investment. After receiving quotes back from my own sourced contractors and Michaels, Michaels were about half the price of the others I received, so we used Michaels. With me back and forth from the US, Michael helped manage the prep work, and also managed the styling. He communicated, in detail, at every step of the way. An auction date was set, and Michael commenced marketing the home. His execution of the marketing was superb (and has resulted in our 'raising our game' on video). In a pre-auction meeting, Michael spent time explaining the strategy and how the reserve is set and what to expect. Everything he described occurred, with the resultant sale price far exceeding our expectations. Michael not only met my expectations of what an excellent real estate agent should be like, but he far exceeded them also. You will not go wrong choosing Michael to represent you. I can honestly say that Michael is the best of the best, and I would not hesitate to use him again!
