Good advice on pricing range. Facilitated presentation and conveyancing. Kept us informed of site visits and the more likely purchasers. Regular weekly meetings to discuss were helpful. Information proved accurate demonstrating good market knowledge. Facilitated a successful sales offer post auction that was fair and reasonable to both parties to sale. Great work, thank you David

The process of selling this property was made easy through the process David Umana took us through. He communicated regularly and was honest about the market. His weekly reports were thorough and it was obvious he had communicated with the buyers to build an understanding of how they were placed. He took buyers through the property not only during the viewing times but when they were available. He adapted to circumstances when buyers were from interstate, recording viewings and having additional staff at the auction for buyer access. He considered us as the vendors and contacted us to ensure we were feeling ok about the process.

David kept us informed on all aspects of the sale of our apartment in Southbank. He was fully aware of the sales in the area and the related market conditions. We agreed on a sale range, and after a couple of slow weeks, we agreed to alter the range to a lower price. We spoke a few times a week agreed on all the aspects of the sale strategy. As it turned out, we didn't go to auction, as a number of purchasers were interested in purchasing pre-auction. Dave negotiated with both parties and we were able to agree on a sale price. Dave was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and aware of our expectations. He was very amenable to our personal situation and we commend Dave to prospective clients.

Michael's knowledge and experience in this special pocket of Melbourne is second to none. His focus on client's needs was accentuated by his trustworthy persona and attentive communication style. We knew we were in good hands from our first intro. A special callout to the Ray White team as well.

Michael knows his market extremely well. He gave us great advice on positioning and selling our apartment in Southbank. He had all the talking points at his fingertips and, probably more important, was well-prepared on downside questions that may arise. The ultimate purchaser of our place was known to Michael and he produced the perfect sale. That purchaser already trusted Michael and we had the benefit. Hard to quantify that kind of intangible advantage with an agent. Michael also listened to us about price points and exceeded our expectation through laser focus on the end result.
