My wife and I recently purchased a Southbank city apartment via David Umana at Ray White Southbank. We are Mom and Pop investors grabbing our first investment property late in ife for our son, so we had a lot of trepidation about it, being 500km away from the property. David made it astonishingly easy and was communicating the whole way through. He made time to meet us on a weekend to inspect the apartment and was super helpful with advice and everything went as smooth as silk. I definitely would recommend David and Ray White Southbank to anyone looking to buy (or sell) in Melbourne CBD.
