I was very happy with the result which Michael achieved for my property, given that there were some issues with cladding ( a common problem in Melbourne apts). His knowledge of the market was excellent and he also came up with alternative ideas, which resulted in a win-win situation for both myself and the buyer with the cladding issue. He was very good at keeping me updated of progress throughout the entire sale process and was always easy to get hold of. In the end he delivered on what he promised and I would highly recommend Michael to anyone selling their home, he is absolutely first class.

I have just sold my apartment in South Melbourne and Michael was the agent I chose. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael. I found Michael to be very hardworking and easy to deal with and felt that I could trust him to be honest and direct. His communication skills are excellent and he updated me on developments throughout the marketing campaign. He was always willing to spend time to explain ongoing developments. He is very knowledgeable of the market. More importantly, his intimate knowledge of similar apartments to my property including new ones as they emerged helped us frame our marketing response. Despite a much-shortened marketing and inspection campaign due to the sudden imposition of the very restrictive Stage 4 lock-down in Melbourne, Michael and his assistant Zara, were able to quickly adjust and navigate the way from the planned physical auction towards an online one instead.

We’ve all heard about the type of personality that is of the average real estate agent. Having worked in the industry I know this is true in a large percentage of agents. But not 100% of them. Michael is an excellent agent and I am glad to have had him work on the sale of my property. I have to admit I did not have high expectations for a sale at a price I would be happy with given market conditions in the midst of Covid and the restrictions on auctions and inspections at that time, however Michael exceeded all expectations and I was incredibly happy with the result. Michael is a leading expert in the market and was able to give excellent advice at all points across the sale process. He was very easily contactable, promptly responding to calls and emails (including outside of business hours). Michael really delivered and I would highly recommend him to an anyone looking for a real estate agent.

In our view, the best way to review Michael's work is by answering the question - would we use his services again? Answer is DEFINITELY YES. Michael has been extremely supportive and most importantly genuine in his dealing with us and purchasers. We did not feel ill-advised at any point, were well informed, and enjoyed the whole sale process. It was obviously cherry on top that we ended up selling our property at a desirable price.
