I came across Michael by chance when I intendef to sell my apartment. As I live in WA. I have no idea about the selling process in Melbourne but Michael has made it easy. It took a while to sell the apartment as Michael navigate through a difficult tenant and COVID-19 situation but the end result is fantastic. Immediately prior to dealing with Michael as an Agent I had a disappointing experience with another Real Estate Company. As a consequence I had a low level of trust and seriously doubted the integrity of the Real Estate ‘profession’ as a whole. However Michael put paid to my scepticism and belief that Real Estate Agents were all dodgy bastards. Michael was truely wonderful. Not only was he professional and displayed sound industry and current economic knowledge I found him personable and engaging. His interpersonal skills are outstanding. Although my knowledge of the machinations of Victorian Real Estate protocols were limited he was never condescending and patiently explained procedures and projected timelines. As a consequence I felt confident in his judgements and truely believed that he had the capability to achieve optimum results for both me and the seller. He is an outstanding young professional and he deserves the equivalent of a Real Estate Brownlow Award. I’d certainly recommend him to others and would track him down if I ever get enough money to buy another house!
