From our first inspection to the upcoming settlement, Michael has been an amazing communicator and agent. Arranging meeting times, secondary inspections, contracts and paperwork, everything has run increadibly smoothly. Highest recommendation

Michael supported us in selling our apartment in South Yarra. As my wife and I are from Europe where things are done a bit differently, Michael was instrumental to our understanding of the Australian housing market. He was knowledgeable about the area, well informed on market pricing and guided us through a number of offers and finally a successful transaction. He brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! Michael did an excellent job in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. We always felt like Michael had our best interests in mind and were kept informed about every aspect of the process. We could not be more pleased.

We engaged Ray White Southbank to sell our apartment and Michael Pastrikos handled it for us. He was well informed about the market, managed the process very efficiently, especially arranging inspections and kept us up to date throughout the sale. He achieved better results than recent sales by other agents selling apartments in our building. Overall, Michael and RW Southbank delivered a professional and friendly service.

Michael is a very friendly and professional agent. Very knowledgeable about the properties in the Southbank area. Michael regularly updates us of any news about our apartment which is something that I like about him. I am very happy with all the help he has given us and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their investment properties.

I could not fault Michael in his strategies and dedication in all aspects to the sale of my interstate apartment - and achieving a more than pleasing and timely outcome given the difficult circumstances at the time. I cannot recommend Michael to you, highly enough.

Michael is a very friendly and professional agent. He regularly updated me on the progress of the sale of my apartment and potential buyers. He was committed to obtaining a great price for my property which he delivered on. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling in the Southbank area.

Michael was knowledgeable about Southbank properties, and his price guideline was spot on. He gave us weekly updates on the people enquiring about the property. He gave us good advice on how to present the property, and all this paid off. We were very happy with the result on Auction day, which exceeded our reserve price substantially.

Had a very positive experience dealing with Michael Pastrikos on our recent purchase of an apartment in Southbank at our first auction. Very personable, well-presented, and knowledgeable professional who is a great credit to the team at Ray White. His approach in dealing with us as buyers was incredibly refreshing and is a game-changer in an industry that normally gets a bad wrap. Post auction dealings have also been very positive and well received. Well done Michael, you're a credit to your profession!

I cannot reccomend Michael enough to anyone looking to sell their property. Personal experience has found me dealing with a lot of agents in thr past, and to say they have been less than perfect would be an understatement. Michael truly is a cut above the rest, and his professionalism, communication through every step of the way, commitment and persisitence puts him in a class of his own. Am truly grateful for Michael going the extra 10 miles to sell my property, which other agents failed to do. Highly recommended if you want to sell your property right the first time! Thank you very much Michael!
