After talking to a number of agents regarding the sale of our South Bank apartment I decided to go with Michael Pastrikos from Ray White. As a builder developer I have purchased and sold many properties over the past 20 years and have worked with numerous agents,I would not hesitate to work with Michael again as either purchaser or vendor and rate his performance on all aspects as excellent.

Michael Pastrikos was great to deal with, the open for inspections were scheduled for accessible times, he made sure that documentation was sent through when he had it and answered all my questions. Well recommended.

As I was selling a rental property Michael needed to liaise with the managing agent as well as the tenant. He managed this with efficiency and courtesy. The campaign was also tailored to my requirements with Michael making a few useful suggestions. Together with the auctioneer, Michael negotiated a sale after the property was passed in at auction. I truly felt that he acted in my best interests and his professional attitude made dealing with him an absolute pleasure.

Michael was really helpful throughout the whole process.

When we were selling our apartment through private sale, we had quite a clear expectation of our price. Michael worked tirelessly campaigning the property including leveraging his broad network of clients. When offers first started coming in, they were considerably lower than our requirement Michael was great in managing communications between us and potential buyers and was able to negotiate to a point we're happy with, despite it taking longer than comfortable. Thanks for your help! We would recommend

Michael is very friendly, polite and professional. I've been trying to sell my property for over 1.5 years with 2 different agents. However Michael never gives up and with his sound knowledge and good communication skill he managed to find a buyer for my property. He's also very helpful when i requested help with the sale of my home contents and manage to resolve the problems. He's no doubt a very highly recommended agent in australia and i'm truly happy with the service.

Michael was very helpful in understanding my requirement. He is not one of those agents who tries to push too you hard to close the deal. He gave me opportunity to think and consider all my options before making a decision. He always kept me updated about other interested parties in the property. Overall, I would highly recommend Michael to any potential buyer or seller.

Genuine ,good listener, not pushy, accommodating some of positive qualities of Michael as a real estate agent. Having never lived in Melbourne, coming to buy property from interstate, was lucky to find Michael as an estate agent who could help in finding us the right property for our daughter. Courteous, respectful and friendly some of the other good qualities ,of Michael Pastrikos, a rare find in estate agents.
