When we were selling our apartment through private sale, we had quite a clear expectation of our price. Michael worked tirelessly campaigning the property including leveraging his broad network of clients. When offers first started coming in, they were considerably lower than our requirement Michael was great in managing communications between us and potential buyers and was able to negotiate to a point we're happy with, despite it taking longer than comfortable. Michael is very friendly, polite and professional. I've been trying to sell my property for over 1.5 years with 2 different agents. However Michael never gives up and with his sound knowledge and good communication skill he managed to find a buyer for my property. He's also very helpful when i requested help with the sale of my home contents and manage to resolve the problems.
