Nicolas was very personable, and easy to communicate with - checked-in just the right amount and did so very concisely so there was never any confusion. My partner and I had been on and off house-hunting for about a year and compared to almost all agents, we felt Nicolas was the most effective at selling the whole package - sometimes we would consider a house but because of the agent’s demeanour we weren’t interested in continuing through the process. From the get go, Priyanka helped in selling my property. We worked in stages to know the market situation, fix a price and work through open houses to get the property sold. Priyanka was efficient in organising every stage and worked on the real value in the property.
