Richard and I have been dealing with Alf Fandry for the last 5 years. I found Alf Fandry to be a reliable man, very willing, having a sound knowledge of the principles and policy of real estate sales and showed us real estate in and around Augusta that was avaliabe at the time that attracted our interest. There was some items that were beleived to have been included in tbe sale that failed to remain at settlement however we were gernerally happy with the service provided by Stocker Preston agent Alf Fandry and vendors given there was an element of business in the purchase. I was always very happy with my dealings with Alf and Ric and also with Alf's assistant, Sharon.They worked extremely hard to sell the house, with many 'Home Opens' and were particularly sensitive to my recent bereavement. Not sure what to put here except to say that the property had been on the market for years with no success. I made suggestions, Alf helped out and between us we worked together to get it sold. That's life. Compromise and I guess as Real Estate Agents say ' being prepared to meet the market'. Yes. I would have liked more money but after so long............ I needed it sold and Alf was the person that did that. Thanks Alf.
