Jason had a very good understanding of what is a very difficult market. Following his advice we were able to secure a property before we listed our house. Our house sold in four days largely due to Jason's hard work and Mandi's marketing skills. We couldn't have asked for a better sales experience than that provided by "Team Cooper". They made it all really easy!

Larissa was an excellent agent in our quest to find a suitable property for us at Peppy Beach. We required a specific type of property which Larissa managed to find for us. All of our interactions with Larissa have been a pleasure, her manner is always friendly and professional, and any queries of ours were always answered quickly. Larissa has made the house hunting/buying a pleasurable experience for us both.

We purchased our investment property listed with Larisa and were so impressed with her amazing service that we chose her to sell the property some 3 years later. Selling a tenanted property is not always easy. Larisa exceed our expectations way beyond what we thought was possible all the while dealing with the tenants with minimal disruption. Only 2 home opens and two offers. You will not find a more professional and expert agent to deal with. We highly recommend Larisa as your first choice to buy or sell your property. Thank you Larisa - we are over the moon with the result you so quickly achieved. You made it easy and it was a real pleasure to list with you.

From the begin, with Alister he was on the ball with all we need and more, He was there with a helping hand. Nothing was a problem or a hassle for him. Would certainly recommend him to anyone that was looking at getting into the market be it buying or sell … thanks for everything

Mark is very approachable, easy to deal with and genuinely a nice guy. He made sure everything went smoothly on a very quick transaction and any issues were dealt with immediately, so there were no hold up to settlement.

Hannah is an exceptional real estate agent who truly stands head and shoulders above the rest. Over the past few years, I've bought and sold five properties, and I can confidently say that she is by far the best I've ever worked with. Her communication skills are excellent, always keeping me informed and ensuring that I understood every step of the process. Efficiency is her middle name, as she consistently managed to streamline the buying and selling experience, making it smooth and hassle-free. This was especially important to me as I lived remotely from the property she sold for me. She's also incredibly personable, making each interaction pleasant and enjoyable. What really sets her apart is her ability to act as a great conduit between the seller and buyer. She skillfully navigates negotiations and bridges any gaps, ensuring that both parties feel heard and valued. Her solutions and customer-focused approach truly impressed me and I think buyers and sellers alike will enjoy this approach. If you're looking for a real estate agent who will go above and beyond to make your property transactions a success, I wholeheartedly recommend her. You won't be disappointed!

We've work with Alistair twice now and both experiences have been terrific. He gets on quietly with the job, covers the details and makes the whole transaction as painless as possible.

We have bought and sold with Larisa on a few occasions and have always had exceptional service. It can be tricky to sell remotely and Larisa was great at being our proxy in preparing our house for sale (trades and cleaners) and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. I wouldn’t use anyone else in Peppermint Grove Beach
