I have used Jason before when purchasing a property, and when it came to selling, he of course was one of our options. As I remembered when buying, the professionalism when it comes to selling was no different, very attentive and completely understands the market in the Busselton area. I rate Jason as highly now as I did a few years back. Jason suggested a plan to ensure the property had the right exposure and Mandi kept us informed every step of the way, so it's an awesome team!

Larisa Tomuli went above and beyond in every aspect of my selling journey. From the very first meeting and valuation of the property she demonstrated professionalism, market expertise, and genuine care. She was always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. What truly sets Larisa apart is her dedication—whether it was negotiating the best deal, handling unexpected challenges, going the extra mile to ensure the property was presented its best and working to ensure both the buyer and sellers objectives were met. The attention to detail and personalized approach were exceptional. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly puts their clients first, has in extensive knowedlge of the Peppermint Grove Beach property market and second to none in her professional approach, look no further than Larisa Tomuli.

Hannah was great to deal with, regarding the purchase of our Port Geographe property. Her knowledge was great, and she was always ready and happy to help, even after settlement! We would next hesitate to recommend Hannah to anyone looking to purchase a property in the Busselton region.

This is the second time we have dealt with Larisa, firstly the purchase of 4 Lang Cove, I only communicated over the phone that time as we were in NSW which went very smoothly. We only just met face to face a few short months ago. The purchase of 83 Hardey Terrace went very well as there was a small problem with the seller not meeting his obligations with the Offer in place which Larisa dealt with very professionally. Highly recommended.

Larisa was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Wonderful communication, always friendly, organised inspections and added personal touches that were just lovely when we moved in. Even collected school supplies that came early that I was unable to do the drive down to collect. What a gem! We highly recommend Larisa as your ‘go to’ agent in the South West! A great agent and gorgeous person to deal with. Thanks Larisa x

Our experience with Hannah was a pleasure and made the transaction easy from listing to settlement. Her smiling temperament reinforced her local knowledge and desire to be of service. Nothing was too difficult or bothersome and we were always at ease with her. Arrangements and timing were diligently kept and no doubts arose about what was happening next. After a number of real estate agent dealings over the years this was the best by far and leaves a lasting impression of professionalism.

Alistair Guthridge is the true professional. From the time I contacted Alistair 12 months before the actual property going on the market and the actual sale through to the end Alistair was there to the end. Nothing was too much trouble from initial contact to the settlement. Marketing and friendly service through to the small details were no problems. I would recommend Alistair to anyone who would ask. He knows the Busselton and surrounding areas very well and the sale price was spot on. Excellent Real Estate Agent.
