Honest and understanding professional who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure both the seller and buyer are comfortable. Jackie was always available on the phone or to come out to the property whenever we needed, Willing to gather information and help us to make informed decisions on what isn't your usual 4x2 suburban home. Larisa helped us with the purchase of a home in Peppermint Grove Beach. She was friendly and informative from the first home open. She helped us through putting an offer on and kept us informed and up to date at all times. I really appreciated her excellent communication. As a local herself it felt very personal and not rushed. If I was buying or selling again in this area- I’d use Larisa’d services and I would absolutely recommend her. Thank you Larisa!

I chose Larisa as my agent due to her exceptional local market knowledge and her reputation for honesty and integrity. She did not disappoint. Working with Larisa was an absolute pleasure. She went over and beyond throughout the whole selling process; from following up with interested buyers to presenting offers of which there were three! All of this was conducted in a friendly professional manner. Throughout the selling process, Larisa was incredibly communicative, promptly responding to phone calls, texts and emails, keeping me informed of every development even out of hours. I was impressed with Larisa’s strong negotiation skills, especially as I entered the market during an uncertain period coinciding with the recent changes to the Negative Gearing and Capital Gains Tax legislation. She navigated this all with skill, diplomacy and professionalism and I am very happy with the outcome.

Jackie was great to deal with the purchase of this property. Even with us being overseas and in different time zones messaging and communications at all times of the day and night was extremely valuable and appreciated. When and if we sell in the future Jackie will be our the first person to contact.

We recently purchased a property in Peppermint Grove Beach where Larisa Tomuli was the seller’s agent, and we could not have asked for a better experience as buyers. From the outset, Larisa was warm, responsive and highly professional. Her communication was excellent throughout the process—clear, timely and informative at every stage. As someone new to buying property in Western Australia, we especially valued Larisa’s knowledge of the local area and the practical guidance she provided. She answered our questions with patience and insight, helped us understand the market, and made the purchase feel straightforward and well supported. Larisa’s professionalism, approachability and genuine care made a real difference to the process. We are very grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.

Jackie has been professional throughout the sale of my property. What I thought would have been a straightforward sale ended up with a few twists. Jackie kept me informed every step along the way and was able to answer all of my questions as things changed, which kept me in the loop and feeling confident with her leading the way.
