As a buyer, we found it very easy and pleasurable to work with Larisa, starting out completely unsure what we wanted and ending up with exactly what we needed. I don't doubt that as a seller or buyer, you would appreciate her honesty and straight speaking that will get you the sale or the property you want.

We are very happy with the job Larisa did selling our home, even with the market slow she didn't stop , she had people coming through every week. Even when we had an offer subject to sale , she didn't stop and she got us a cash offer , we had a really good outcome thanks to her hard work. Many thanks to Larisa and the team Regards Geoff and Anne Matthews

We found Larisa to be very professional and friendly. I do realise she was not working on our behalf as she was selling us a property on behalf of another party but we felt always as she was on our side. A real estate agents job can become very complicated as you have to satisfy both parties, sellers and buyers. Very Well Done, Thanks a million for your patience and thoughtfulness.

I needed to sell my property quickly, I had other agents suggest a "Fire Sale" price which would obviously achieve that outcome, however Larisa advised me she believed she could achieve a substantially higher price, just as quickly. Which she did! A great job and much appreciated.
