It's been so good to be regularly informed and advised on what is happening in relation to the property they are managing for my super fund. As landlords, we are extremely pleased with Elize’s service. She is always prompt with her response, gives great advice, is very experienced and resourceful, and handles all situations quickly with professionalism. We followed her guidance to get the property ready for lease at a low cost, and we found high-quality tenants at a good price within a very short time considering our property its high end and at the top of the market for the area. We have leased the property out for 6 months now, and Elize and Reece always communicate well with both us and the tenants. There have been some minor maintenance issues, but it never really bothered us much because Elize handled them quickly and thoroughly. I am so glad that we chose Stocker Preston Margaret River over other big companies to manage our property.
