We rented a house through Stocker Preston for 4 years. During that time we had a good responsive service with the agency (Stocker Preston) and the Landlord. Every inspection was communicated at the right time and was always fairly conducted. The process of vacating the house was easy and clear to us. Even with changing staff in the last couple of months, we never felt a lack of service or professionalism.

We rented through MR Stocker Preston for two years and for most of that time, had a lovely agent. However, the few months leading up to our vacate our agent left and her replacement made that time so unnecessarily stressful. Keep a close eye on the rent you pay as we would be mistakenly sent overdue invoices and so would overpay our rent, only to have to waste our time to get the money back, sorting out their mistakes through their inadequately-kept ledger. Any communication with the new agent was catty, strangely dishonest and completely unprofessional which made the moving process so much harder than it should have been. As a home owner, I would not recommend this real estate to manage your property.
