Kim worked tirelessly to get a result on the sale of our short term accommodation. In an environment where financing this type of property is difficult and several offers falling through because of this scenario, did not deter Kim. He was knowledgeable about the sale of this type of property and advise us early on that it was unlikely to be a quick sale and that we would need a specific type of buyer to come along. Kim had the added difficulty that we would only sell if an over the market price was met. Thankfully the right buyer came along and Kim secured a price we were happy to sell at.

Kim was great to deal with. As we were from Perth and was looking to buy a strata title in Margaret River we thought it would be difficult, but Kim arranged viewings at a time to suit us and answered any of our queries promptly. He also explained all any queries with regard to strata title. We never felt pressured at any time and he always had time to speak with us. He organised the paperwork and gave us a list of settlement agents to use which was very helpful.
